Already completed your DOT Specimen Collector theory training and only need to complete the required hands-on mock portion?
 
This option is designed for Udemy students and individuals who completed their Part 1 theory training through another provider and need to complete the practical portion of the qualification process.
 
Your Hands-On Mock is conducted live via Zoom with Coach T, Owner of JACE Laboratories & Screening and Founder of LabFoundersHQ.
 
During your session, you will complete the required mock collection exercises and demonstrate your ability to properly perform the DOT specimen collection process.

Schedule: Every 3rd Saturday of the month
Time: 12:00 PM EST to 4:00 PM EST

After your purchase is completed, you will receive the information and materials needed for your scheduled mock session, including the applicable eCCF/Chain of Custody Form copies and appointment instructions.
 
Upon successfully completing the Hands-On Mock, you will be provided the applicable written examination. A passing score of 70% or higher is required to receive your Certificate of Completion.
 
Mock collections are an important part of DOT collector qualification and help ensure collectors can accurately and properly complete the collection process in accordance with applicable requirements under 49 CFR Part 40.
